My Story

I’m excited to share my journey with you! After earning my degree in Psychology from Corpus Christi State University in 1990, I launched my culinary career at the New England Culinary Institute in 1996, where I had the privilege of cooking for Julia Child. Following my AOS in Culinary Arts in 1998.

 

I joined HEB Grocery Co., which led to incredible travels in Italy, Sicily, Spain, Chile, Argentina and Mexico, deepening my passion for food and wine.

 

This drive led me to establish my private chef business in San Antonio, where I deliver a steakhouse theme right to your home. We are committed to creating unforgettable experiences and take pride in our vibrant community! Come join us for your next, in home, dining event! Proudly serving the following communites: Boerne, New Braunfels, Texas Hill country, Alamo Heights and the greater San Antonio area.
